If you’re on iOS, Apple Podcasts app is a fine app, especially now that it supports displaying Show Notes natively but if you subscribe to dozens of podcasts here’s a list of podcast clients I recommend you to try:

• Player FM — Android All of them support variable speed playback, offline playback, display show notes inline and push notifications for new episodes. Most of them support sync between multiple devices, and Pocket Casts is even cross platform.
